2022 NC Camaro Gathering at Shelton Vineyards in Dobson NC 2022 NORTH CAROLINA CAMARO GATHERING June 3 & 4th 2022 Shelton Vineyards Dobson, NC Hosted by: 5th Gen Camaros of the Carolinas Club Schedule of Activities Friday, June 3rd, 2022 Friday night Concert is presented by Shelton Vineyards, Special discount tickets are only $15 ea. You must request and pay 5th Gen Camaros of the Carolinas Club for discount tickets in advance, no later than May 27th. We will only have a limited supply of advance discount tickets. You will receive your ticket(s) the day of the event directly from us. Diamonds & Whiskey Outlaw will be playing outdoors under the stars at the Vineyards. Shelton Vineyards will not sell discount tickets! We will have our Camaro light show event in the grass area beside the Harvest Grill. Only the Camaros that are entered in the light show will be allowed to park inside this Vineyard grass area during this time. Meet and Greet Fellow Attendees 5:00pm until 11pm Strolling through the Vineyard and concert area. Enjoying the live music, food and sampling wine. Car Light Show Competition Light Show will start at the end of the concert! 9:00pm – 9:30pm - Light Show Registration 9:00pm – 10:00pm - Light Show Competition Event area at Shelton Vineyards! Judges: 5th Gen Camaro Host Club Admins. Cost per Car = $20 10:30pm - Awards Presentation Begins LIVE Music Shelton Vineyards Main Concert Stage Sound Check / Stage Set-up 5pm Friday night music from 6pm – 9:00pm Diamonds & Whiskey Outlaw Band Quiet Time (just respecting the neighbors) Starts 11:00pm Nightly ALL EVENT PROCEEDS DONATED TO: St. Jude's Children’s Hospital Saturday, June 4th, 2022 Registration for the Camaro Car Show 10:00am – 1:00pm Registration Tent - Near the Main Stage Cost per Car = $25 Goody bags to the first 100 Camaro registrants! The Camaro Gathering Car Show 10:00am – 3:00pm Host : Shelton Vineyards Judges: Host Club & Volunteers 3:30-4:00pm - Awards Presentation Begins (Immediately following Silent Auction Winners) Silent Auction Cash, and accepting Visa, Via PayPal mobile readers 10:00am till 2:30pm Shelton Vineyards Cellar Room (AC Room just inside the main building.) 2:30pm – Winning Bidders Announced inside the Winery.
