The City of Richmond is looking for a hard-working and dynamic Senior Resident Housing Manager to assist with the maintenance of our two housing properties - Nystrom Village and Nevin Plaza Apartments. This is a two-year assignment with the possibility of an extension of up to two additional years This position requires residence at the assigned complex and is at no additional cost to the employee. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in maintaining housing units and strong customer services skills. The ideal incumbent must be willing to roll up their sleeves and pitch in to get the work done! The perfect candidate must have a strong desire to serve the community and be passionate about making a difference in our residents' lives by ensuring that they reside in a healthy, vibrant, and safe living environment.
