Truck Team Members (Customer Service & Manual Labor) Full-Time & Part-Time $20-$25 an hour (Includes Tips) Location: We have crews & jobs available throughout Concord, Brentwood, Walnut Creek, Benicia, Livermore, and surrounding areas. Hours: We are a 7-day/week operation with shifts available on weekdays & weekends. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Service: WOWing every customer with exceptional service and a great attitude. 2. Sales: Up-selling and identifying sales opportunities 3. Truck Operations: Safe operation of the Vets Move Junk Trucks 4. Junk Removal: Heavy and light lifting and removal of "junk" from client locations (ie. couches, chairs, appliances, recyclables, debris, yard and garage junk) 5. Marketing: Enthusiastically advocate for our brand to all you meet and encounter - from Guerrilla Marketing to promotions and sales. 6. Safety: Commitment to the safe and professional Navigation and driving of trucks and intelligent and efficient loading & unloading of customers' belongings. You must: - Have customer service experience or sales experience. - Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. No DUIs. - Be able to work weekends, holidays, and all weekdays (at least 3-4 days a week - 7:00 am-5:30 pm) - Be able to work full days - We pay overtime - Be Drug free - we are a drug free workplace
