Looking for workers for a deconstruction job the week of April 6-April 28. Four weeks of deconstructing a barn and some outbuildings in Kalispell for reuse.
We are looking for hardworking employees to help remove full buildings from roofing to studs and siding. Involves heavy labor including prying, hammering, moving wood, heights, etc. We aim for the highest recovery of materials as possible, keeping wood and metal in the use stream.
You must like to work hard and be good at it, and be able to work in any type of weather including cold, rain, snow, wind, etc. You must be able to lift 75 pounds and handle heavy tools for ten-hour days. You must have the strength and stamina to pry and hammer materials apart, while detailed enough to protect material and work safely. Ability to work in dusty and dirty conditions important (protective gear provided). Great communication skills are vital. Comfort on a roof with harnesses a bonus. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
The work is four ten-hour days, Usually Mon-Thurs.
$20 an hour based on experience.
