Asphalt Care is beginning to hire in preparation of our season beginning. We have multiple crews you could potentially join, they are: Seal Crew - clean lots, crack fill, and seal coat Paving Crew - asphalt removal and repair, as well as stone work and new paving Striping Crew - re-stripe existing paint markings, as well as layout and paint new markings While experience is always welcome, it is not a requirement for application. We are more than willing to train the right candidate in any area we feel they would be a good fit. It is non-negotiable that you have a valid driver's license, as you will be driving our vehicles to job sites and must be insurable by our insurance company to do so. Starting pay for those without experience is determined by the crew you are assigned, and ranges from $16-20/hour; starting pay for experienced professionals will be discussed in person.
