Lassen Family Services is partnering with All-American Mixed Martial Arts Academy to host a beginners self-defense class! Join us on Saturday, April 9th from 2:00Pm to 4:00PM for a beginners self defense class! During this event, learn basic moves in order to defend yourself from an attacker. In times of danger, it's important to have the proper skills to protect yourself. This is also a perfect opportunity for those that have always wanted to learn the skills but don't know where to start or are nervous about the environment.
