Description
Hi all,
Our 9 year old Siberian Husky named Arro is in need of a 2nd family. We've had him since he was a baby, and don't want to give him up, but we have been traveling internationally so much that we thought it was best to find another family that can enjoy him for as long as you'd like. He currently lives in a big house, and has a big yard to himself.
He is a major human lover, and loves cuddles. He also loves his walks and runs so if you run then he's the best running partner. Extremely friendly, and nice to kids. He has a love-hate with dogs, but once he gels with them, he gets along fine.
We will be traveling to India next month and won't be back for a month.
We're happy to leave him with you for a few days for you to see if this can work for the long term.
This might seem like we're getting out of him having a sitter, but we've done that so many times and found that he doesn't seem to like it. And most sitters use sitting as a side job and don't have enough energy or space to accommodate a husky. We need someone who understands huskies. They shed, they are vocal, they're energetic and love to play. Though Arro loves his sleep lately. We don't mind paying at all, as long as the house and the family is suitable. But ideally we're looking for a family that would just like to have him around for the better part of a year from here on out.
