Hey All,
I'm organizing a free intentional living program that has a few spots open in our next cohort. It's a four week program of small groups where individuals set weekly intentions, explore their values, and plan actions to do and share with each other. It's meant to help you do more things that matter to you personally, which ultimately leads to better mental health and connection with your community. Hopefully something that will brighten your days, especially during these trying times.
