A one session course where you learn how to care for a new mother and her newborn.
Some topics covered include, but are not limited to; newborn characteristics, feeding, sleeping, bathing your newborn, care of the umbilical cord and circumcision, caring for mom after delivery, baby blues and postpartum depression.
Space is limited and registration is required.
The charge of $20 admits mom and 1 guest.
