Silent Hike & Guided Yoga Above The Clouds - At Sunrize! * Hike for 2 - 8 people, must have car Wake up, grab some tea/coffee & a friend and cruise your way up the windy mountainous roads of Malibu to Tuna Canyon Reserve! We will meet at the entrance and begin our accent up (and back) a moderate 1.6 mile hike in pure SILENCE. As we connect with our breath, nature and our own practice of presence, enjoy the wildflowers and occasional lizards and bunnies frolicking through. Once we reach the top, I will guide us through a 30 minute standing yoga flow. We'll circle up for reflections and connection as we inhale the breathtaking 360 panoramic views. We will literally be above the clouds overlooking the city of Los Angeles and the vast pacific ocean at the same time! After photos and play with the magical labyrinth art we'll head back down the mountain again in silence and say our goodbyes, ready to take on the day feeling aligned, present and full of hope! PS. I love this experience at Sunrize but we can be flexible, anytime before 12 noon! Please do your best to be on time! Hike will begin promptly 10 minutes after start time of experience. About Your Guide: My name is Keva Victoria and I am the founder of Nomadik By Nature (@nomadikbynature) - A Movement for Peace through Wellness & Travel. I am a movement artist, embodiment guide and certified yoga instructor. I've been teaching different styles of yoga for over 5 years including hatha, vinyasa, restorative, yin, pre-natal and limited mobility/chair. I love connecting with nature and helping others to connect with their bodies! I am very familiar with the Tuna Canyon Reserve and am excited to share this amazing experience with each of you! Where to meet: Please meet at the entrance to the hiking trail. Hike will start promptly at 6:40am.
