As we grow and change, so do our goals and challenges. Often, we just need to create a vision of what “being my best” means to us individually and design a plan to get there. St. Luke’s wellness coach and exercise physiologist Dawn DuBois shares what others are doing to lead long, productive and meaningful lives and how some of these strategies might help us to stay vibrant, active, energetic and interesting. Light meal will be provided. Masks are optional.
