Yep. Over a century and a half ago. When most of the south was demicrat. And their views on things. Very closely related to how most Reps. Feel today. And then after realizing they actually posted that stupid crap. (Which anyone with more than a 4th grade education knew.) I couldn't bring myself to read the rest. Im glad they only let these people. Think they're voting. In the shelters and homes.
