WE NEED SOME "SKILLED" WORK DONE - - interior knockdown texture work - plumbing issues - can you "sweat pipes?" - exterior stucco texture work - canal fed irrigation - sprinkler system issues, possible check valve / float issues - install pool pump motor - raise shower drain 1-2 inches, prep & install new flooring - build a wood deck - and more Pays $25 - $35 / hr. based upon skill level, experience WE NEED SOME "GRUNT" WORK DONE - - clean up yard, clean dirty grout, clean windows, etc. - sweep-up debris, misc yard work, rip up old carpet, dig trench, etc. - prep work, scraping, sanding, various handyman helper tasks Pays $15 - 20 hr. ***** WE ONLY PAY HOURLY. WE DO NOT PAY BY THE JOB OR PROJECT. ***** WE PAY WITH A CORP CHECK. WE DO NOT PAY CASH. All short-term assignments. Flexible schedule - whenever you are available.
