Improve your fitness and learn to defend yourself in a realistic way!
We will cover basic Krav Maga principles that can be used quickly and efficiently to defend yourself against a larger and stronger attacker. Each class will be a great workout and be realistic self-defense training. This six-class series is for women only and no prior experience is required.
Classes will be Thursdays at 7:30pm and Saturdays at 12:00pm.
