URGENT Hiring Production Staff for Superfine Art Fair

Superfine Art Fairs returns to Miami Beach at the iconic 1111 Lincoln Road. This exciting event features 75+ independent artists from around the world over our 4-day event from March 10th - 13th. We're looking to hire a dedicated, enthusiastic Production Assistant + Assistant Showrunner to join our team for the event. About The Role: As the PA for the fair, you'll assist our logistics team with a variety of tasks. We are looking for someone with a wide range of skills, a "can-do" attitude, and has experience with event production. Some of your tasks will include - "Heavy lifting"; move and carry things, assist with furniture set-up, etc. - Assist/wrangle exhibiting artists and their belongings/garbage/etc - Errand runner (having a car is a plus but not required!) - Be general support staff for all things logistics! As the Assistant Showrunner for the fair, you'll assist our logistics team with a variety of tasks including the above with additional responsibilites. We are looking for someone with a wide range of skills including leadership roles, a "can-do" attitude, and has experience with event production. Some of your tasks will include - Assisting with coordinating various programming throughout the weekend including on-site and at our VIP event at the Botanical Gardens on 3/12 - Managing scheduling, delegation of tasks with the rest of the staff/team - Computer savviness is key - Must have leadership roles in comparable past experiences Dates: PA: Full Day availability starting Wednesday 3/9 - Monday 3/14 (exact hours to be discussed but will not exceed 12hrs) *breaks will be provided Assistant Showrunner: 3/10 = 11:00am - 11:00pm 3/11 = 2:00pm - 10:00pm 3/12 = 11:00am - 12:00am 3/13: 11:00am - 10:00pm *breaks will be provided Pay: Both roles = $1,200 flat rate for the entire period (+ local travel expenses) Requirements: - Must be presentable - Fluent in English - Willing + able to carry up to 50 pounds - Fast thinker, fast on their feet, ready to work All interested applicants should be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have relevant experience with the role being applied for.
