Begin your week STRONG.
The goal of ‘MINDSET Monday’ is to create a space for us to come together and combine Yoga, journaling and meditation as healthy tools that will ultimately benefit our mind, body and soul. We will explore tools to help us navigate the week and set yourself for success.
We will begin with a vinyasa flow, followed by a journal prompt and a short guided meditation.
Please bring your own mat, water, pen and paper, and an open heart. ❤️
