About Joshua Joshua Messian is the Manager, Senior Exchange Officer at Peak 1031 Exchange, Inc. Before joining Peak, Mr. Messian practiced real estate law at a New York City law firm for nearly 7 years, where his clients ranged from individual homeowners to large developers and other high net-worth individuals. His expertise includes both transactional and litigation aspects of real estate, as well as entity formation and corporate governance.
