Seeking both entry level (no previous experience necessary) and skilled/experienced painters/repairmen. Entry level: no experience necessary but comfortable with learning the work. We do not aim to maintain you at entry level, we will train you to go from helper to lead and earn more. Pay begins at $500-650/weekly. Team lead: must have experience in painting: prep and roller/sprayer use. Do not need to have your own sprayer but you should have some basic tools for repairs. Must have experience and know how to do drywall/sheetrock repairs. Must be able to work with/teach/lead your helper. Pay begins at $750-1000/weekly. Requirements: Must have own and reliable transportation, non-negotiable, do not call if transportation will be an issue! Must have a bank account, we pay direct deposit only. About us: We are a multi-service company servicing Charleston and surrounding cities/areas. The bulk of our work is in the multi-family industry (apartments) but do a significant amount of work for residential/commercial spaces as well. Your pay is dependent on your work abilities/skills and your availability to work (how many days per week you put in). You are paid every Friday via direct deposit. You can expect a full work day to begin at 8am and finish around 4pm. Ideally we will try to partner you with the same person (we work in teams of two) to work with each day and we will always try put together people who work efficiently together and are compatible/get along. We are not micro-managers! You will receive your job info the evening prior and you show up in the morning, do the work, clean up and let us know when you're done, we expect professionalism and effort from all team members..
