need a camper lot

I recently bought a camper with the title and can’t get the title transferred to my name because the title is very hard to read since it’s a few years old and can’t get in contact with the seller anymore to ask for a duplicate title and all camper lots require a title in your name so I really am looking for maybe a private land owner that would look past this, I have proof of purchase, the title to show it matches my camper. I need a lot to put it to hook up to electricity and water, I have two kids and we really need a place to go that’s why I bought this camper and now I have ran into this problem.
