BOSTON — A man was shot early Monday morning in Dorchester, police confirmed. The shooting happened around 1 a.m. around 28 Elmhurst Street. Emergency crews responded to the scene and found a man suffering from life-threatening injuries, police say. The man, whose name has not yet been released, was taken to a nearby hospital where he is still in critical condition, police said Monday afternoon. So far, no arrests have been made. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Boston Police Department. No additional information was immediately released.
