NORWICH, CT - A Norwich resident is $25,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On March 4, Ralph Vergalitto Jr., of Norwich, purchased a Super 10s ticket from the East Side Discount Liquor in Norwich and won $25,000.
