Press release from Town of Andover: March 7, 2022 Excise tax bills were mailed in mid - February.  Payment on excise tax bills are due Friday, March 11th by 4:30 p.m.  Payment can be made in person, online and at the self-service kiosk at Old Town Hall.  Mobile Town Hall will also be accepting payments from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the intersection of River Road and Chandler Road.
