Hard working, attention to detail, respectful, well mannered and to be able to work in various conditions, construction sites, and a clients personal property while staying organized and clean is a priority.
This job requires heavy lifting and working on hands and knees as needed.
Technicians will be required to operate hand and floor grinders, small machinery and perform basic tasks to fulfill all job duties.
Technicians will be working with solvents, resins, and various materials for application & cleanup.
Requirements:
must be very detail oriented and organized, neat and clean
Reliable vehicle to the shop located in Parrish, FL
Able to drive a company truck when needed
Painting experience is a plus
Advanced resinous flooring experience is a plus but not necessary
Strong math skills
Ability to show up on time
Customer-orientated
Ready for a challenge
No drugs allowed
Must have clean drivers license
Training will be provided
Work to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with every aspect of the job
Must be dependable and on-time
Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in changing environmental conditions such as, hot, cold, humid, etc.
Ability to perform physical labor for 8-12 hours a day and able to lift at least 50lbs or more
The ideal candidate will have experience in operating general construction equipment ( Shop Vac, Generator, Handheld Angle Grinder, Large Floor Grinder, Painting Tools, etc.
Usually work 3-4 days a week and off on most weekends. Approx. 30-35hrs total
