MANCHESTER, CT — A vehicle crashed into a utility pole in Manchester late Monday morning. The crash took place near 20 Hemlock St., police said. Power was briefly out in the area. A crew from Eversource Energy was at the scene within 30 minutes and traffic was passing in a normal patters while the work was being done, police said. By 11:45 a.m., Eversource was reporting no outages.
