Press release from Grayslake Area Public Library: Nov. 10, 2020 The Grayslake Area Public Library District will have two openings for six-year terms and one opening for a two-year replacement term for the position of Library Board Trustee on the April 6, 2021, Consolidated Election ballot. The office of Library Trustee is unpaid. Nomination packets may be picked up at the Business Office (or requested via Curbside Service if and when the library is closed to the public due to the pandemic) of the Grayslake Area Public Library 100 Library Lane, Grayslake, Illinois between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday beginning November 9, 2020. Petitions may be circulated through December 21, 2020. The library and the Business Office will be closed Thursday, November 26th. Completed nomination packets must be filed at the Business Office of the Grayslake Area Public Library, 100 Library Lane, Grayslake, Illinois between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (5:00 p.m. on December 21) Monday through Friday beginning December 14, 2020, and ending December 21, 2020.
