Press release from the City of West Des Moines: 03/06/2022 5:25 PM Emergency Snow Parking Ban Declaration The City of West Des Moines is declaring that an Emergency Parking Ban for Snow Removal will go into effect for the City of West Des Moines at 12:00 a.m. (midnight) on Monday, March 7, 2022 This parking ban will remain in effect until 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 8, 2022. The Emergency Parking Ban applies to all streets in West Des Moines. During an Emergency Parking Ban for Snow Removal, cars are subject to a $50 fine and/or towing.
