Female Singer/Vocalist Looking to Join a Band

Hi Ya'll- I relatively recently moved to the DC area and am looking to get involved more in the music community. Looking to join a band (or start a band?) as a lead singer and am open to most all genres. I actually have a classical background (opera, musical theater and jazz) but am really looking for blues, classic rock, alt rock, etc. If it helps, my go-to karaoke song is AC/DC Highway To Hell. Also love belting out some Alannis Morissette, Led Zeppelin, Amy Winehouse, Dorothy, Melissa Etheridge, etc. Can also never go wrong with an Adele ballad! Please reach out if you either A) have an established band looking for a vocalist or B) would be interested in starting a band!
