JOLIET, IL — Three days after Joliet police arrested 24-year-old Demario Hall in the 500 block of Collins Street for exposing his genitals, Hall was arrested once again, also on Collins Street, according to police reports. At 6:05 a.m., Joliet officers arrested Hall on charges of disorderly conduct at the Thorntons gas station, 400 Collins St. Officers were sent there for a disturbance call. "Officers determined that Hall was in the parking lot with exposed genitalia at which time he motioned towards a female customer to come toward him," Joliet police reports show. "Officers made contact with Hall and placed him into custody without incident." Hall was booked into custody at the Joliet police station and then set free on an I-bond, according to police.
