Lawn Care Crew Members needed for local lawn care business! Get a tan and a workout, while getting paid! We offer a full range of Lawn and Landscape maintenance services. The majority of the work is mowing. We are looking for hard-working individuals who are interested in self-improvement, and would like to become a crew leader, down the road. Need people who take pride in making lawns look nice, and like working at a fast pace. Pay is by commission, and no less than $15 per hour for Crew Members. Crew Leaders make $17.50+ per hour. Time and a half for overtime. 50 hours plus not uncommon during busy season. Looking for someone who will work longer hours, and Saturdays when necessary due to heavy workload or rain outs. The Position: You will travel from property to property in the Topeka area, providing lawn care to clients (Mowing, Cleanups, Pruning, etc.). Duties will include (but not limited to): Operating Commercial mowers, string trimmers, blowers, hedge clippers, chain saws, and many other power and hand tools. Driving Truck with 16-20' trailer (when become crew leader). Training: Applicant will be field trained by Crew Leader. Compensation: Paid by commission. The more quality work you get done in a day, the more you make. 40% split between the Crew. ($15/hr.+ for Crew Members. $17.50/hr.+ for Crew Leaders) + UP TO $1,500 BONUS AT END OF SEASON. Seasonal Nature of Work: Lawn Care is seasonal and has to be worked in around the weather. Applicant should be willing to work around the weather (longer hours and Saturdays when necessary). This is a full-time job, with over-time during the busy season (spring and fall). Year-round employment available (snow removal, firewood, leaf cleanups, landscaping during off-season.)
