Any land owner within 40 mins of berryville that would have land they would lease for raising sheep cattle and few chickens. I'm looking for at least 20 acres with utilities.. I would also like to talk to anyone who may have older home that's needing work you would owner finance for 6 months. I am recently actually retired from 35 years so I have slow steady income. Back pay coming why I can pay cash in 6 months. Just let me what you have please and what we could work out. Not looking for free ride or donations. Just a hand up getting started over
