Pressure wash concrete

2 small, concrete-floor balconies one floor up need pressure washing. It's a very fast job, but you must come with your own equipment. There is no water spicket on these balconies, but you can use the kitchen sink to fill the water tank. One balcony is small, maybe 6 by 12 feet. The other is tiny, maybe 4 feet by 7 feet. They're concrete. I want to paint them. I'm looking for them to be pressure washed in preparation. The areas are small so the job will be fast--I'm guessing the washing itself will be only 5 to 15 minutes total. I'd like someone to come between 10 and 5 as soon as possible. Interested?
