My tiny bathroom has paint flaking on the ceiling and needs cleaning. So the paint needs to be scraped off and scrubbed in preparation for me to paint the ceiling. Then the paint flakes cleaned from the bathroom.
You need a ladder, a paint scraper, and a scrub brush. It's about an 8 foot ceiling. I anticipate the work taking 1 to 2 hours, but if someone knows what they're doing and is aggressive, I bet they could probably do it in 20 minutes.
