Gentleman couple offering to TRADE a luxury 1 bedroom furnished apartment to just one highly skilled Property caretaker / Houseman. In Exchange you do all general Property maintenance, cleaning, minor repairs, housekeeping, laundry, pool maintenance, detailing cars, help with pets and professionally assist the gentlemen any where needed at work or home for 32 working hours each week. Any additional work hours above the 32 hours traded each week, would be paid by the hour.
Luxury apartment is only for 1 person - in Trade of your working 32 hours each week. Requires professional appearance, background check, drug and nicotine screen. Property in nice area of Orlando, Florida.
