Job Skills / Requirements HOUSEKEEPER/JANITOR Pondsco Facility Services is hiring for a Housekeeper/Janitor to support The GreenTree Mall in Clarksville, Indiana. Available Shift: AM and PM CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Clean/maintain floors (vacuum, mop, carpet spotting) Clean/maintain surface areas (dust, sanitize, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing) Remove waste (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas) Use cleaning chemicals safely and adhere to all safety precautions Perform other general cleaning duties as needed POSITION REQUIREMENTS Pass pre-employment background screening and drug test Physical requirements of the job consist of repeated lifting of up to 50 pounds, bending, reaching, prolonged standing and walking Please contact Kim ( 502)780-7457 between the hours of 9am-6pm for further inquiries.
