Seeking handyman - ceiling hook and treehouse platform

I'm seeking a handyman for two tasks: 1. Install a ceiling hook in ceiling, *through* a drop ceiling in the kitchen. In needs to go into a stud, so would need a screw approx 8 inches long (and I don't know where the stud is), or open to creative suggestions. 2. Build and frame a treehouse platform. Several very large treehouse attachment bolts would be screwed into a tree, a level triangular platform built and framed, with a rectangular frame on top of that. All of this approximately 15 feet above the ground. Possibly add a small platform for a rope ladder landing. Must have insurance and safety gear to tie off to tree and prevent falls. Photos show the tree and the treehouse attachment bolts to use.
