I have started a new venture as a private equity investor and am looking for companies to acquire. It is taking forever to do it all myself and I desire some help. I need to find deal flow in the Milwaukee area- to do outreach and followups. Getting some PR(newspaper articles) would be fantastic too. You will need to use your resources like a computer, phone and iinternet. What is in it for you is negotiable. My intital thoughts are- equity, percentage of the profits, references for your goals etc. Businesses I am interested in are golf equipment and country clubs, parking lots, veterinarian clinics, fine jewelry & manufacturing and crystal shops. Sister industries will be considered. They have to be 10+ years old but prefer 20+ years old. The owners have to be looking to retire or need out of their businesses because of life changes.
