Arts Continuum is a shared work only studio for artists to have a creative space at an affordable cost. There are 12 individual studios contained within the whole 4000 sq. ft. interior. Starting April 1st there will be one space available for $450. The space is approx 10 x18, but lots of communal area to work on larger projects if needed. The interior has 15 ft plus high brick walls, arched wood ceiling, shared slop sink, fridge, single shared bathroom, tons of natural light, and easy access. There is an additional exterior space to relax, work and of course has secured parking, with 24 hour access. All trash, recycling and internet is included.
