Looking for crown moulding/casing installer

I am looking for a serious crown moulding/casing installer. I have the moulding already painted. You will need to bring your miter, nail gun, air compressor and caulking. I need perfect joints and corners. I've had terrible experience with three "professionals" and their work was horrible. The installation has to be completed in no more than three days. I will ask to fix minor details in the existing moulding like using more caulking or sanding faulty joints to make them invisible. I have a fixed, but we can discuss.
