We're an easygoing couple from Eugene hoping to meet an ordained wedding officiant (and borrow a couple of tourists as witnesses) to sign our marriage license and help us start our life together!
We thought it would be fun to do before our hike at Multnomah Falls on Thursday afternoon (no hiking required for the officiant!!), but we'll be in Portland all weekend and are *very* flexible on a location!
