I need someone to help me with several task lists of a rental cleanup. I'll give you a list of tasks: sweeping, mopping, wiping windows down, painting closet. I'll give you a set price. You complete the task. I'll pay half on your submission of pictures and the other half on inspection of the work. Easy! You will need your own transportation.
