FLEET ADVANTAGE IS HIRING A RELIABLE DIESEL MECHANIC/TECHNICIAN OUT OF CHARLOTTE, NC. JOB SUMMARY As a DIESEL MECHANIC/TECHNICIAN you will be responsible for diagnosis, maintenance, inspection, and repair of company-owned and client tractor trailers. MUST HAVE 1+ YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: ✔️ Engine & Transmission repair ✔️ Adjust all equipment to Federal DOT safety standard ✔️ DEF System, Brakes, Suspension, and Alignment ✔️ A/C, Heat / Coolant system ✔️Computer Diagnostics All applicants are required to have a valid driver’s license, transportation to work, and your own tools for immediate hire. HOURS: FULL TIME (40hr/wk) + Option for overtime 9:00AM - 5:00PM COMPENSATION: Starting pay: $40.00/hour with room for raise pending on performance and experience.
