Have a band and need a place to rehearse? Don't want to shell out big bucks for a monthly studio when you only practice a few times a month? Come check out X.M.E.S. X.M.E.S. is a new practice facility located on the Redwood City/Menlo Park border. Located right off the 101. We have (4) 15' x 20' rooms available for bookings. Each room has its own P.A. with 3 vocal mics and stands. We also have a house drum set that is available for rental for $10.00 during 3 hour session, $5.00 for each hour after 3 hours. 5 piece kit with high hat and cymbal and throne. The facility has plenty of parking with a well lit safe lot. Just pull right up, unload your gear, set-up, and enjoy your session! Standard rate: $80.00 For 2 hours or $100.00 for 3 hours.
