Description

We have an immediate opening for a maintenance handyman who is experienced in commercial construction for our multi-unit salon suite rental properties. Typical work would include but is not limited to patching & painting, minor plumbing repairs, and drywall work. We have 8 locations within the Chicagoland area, must be willing to travel to each location. -Be able to communicate well and respond quickly, be dependable -Be on time for all appointments and create and maintain clean and safe work areas -Have own basic tools, reliable transportation -Be able to work independently -Have knowledge of most areas of commercial repairs – minor plumbing, minor electrical, drywall, ceiling tile/grid, floor tile, painting, etc. -Be willing to be on call after hours, including nights, weekends and holidays and for emergency calls. This is a Full-time position
