We are taking applications to join our team. This position is working directly with customers at our recycling facility in the process of grading/purchasing/processing scrap materials. This is an entry level position for full time employment. We offer great pay and quarterly/yearly bonuses. Earned time off for sick and vacation. This facility closes the week between Christmas and New Years with employees paid. You do not need to have prior knowledge/experience of our industry but will need to meet the following requirements. Ability to work within a team and communicate well with other members and customers with desire to learn new skills. Ability to follow instruction and stay on task without direct supervision. Ability to follow work schedule and must have reliable transportation. Ability to pass general physical of good health with ability to lift up to 50lbs and work standing during shift. Ability to work in all weather conditions. Ability to pass drug screen and not prescribed any type of mediation that can cause issue with operating equipment safely. Valid State issued Driver license in good standing is needed to operate vehicles/equipment on or off site. No prior felony criminal convictions that would not allow you to be bonded or operate at a secure government facility or be in possession/carry a firearm. (We allow employees to carry firearms at our facility. You are not required or expected but are aware) No smoking/vaping or use of tobacco on site allowed.
