An asset recovery agency is looking for a professional who specializes in handling personal effects and has the ability to perform various lot management functions. This position is ideal for an individual who has experience working in vehicle storage management and lot management. This position will also provide the opportunity to improve technical skills and career advancement. Full benefits packages, including health insurance and 401(K) savings plans are offered. Job Responsibilities:  Account for all vehicles and personal effects in all lots  Clean personal effects in vehicles for storage Ensure company compliance regarding personal property handling guidelines Create accurate itemized inventory of all personal effects within each vehicle Take clear and concise images of all personal items and upload to company database Coordinate with transport coordinator to ensure personal effects are properly cleaned and stored prior to vehicle transport  Upload all required forms (client specific) Communicate with all lots regarding personal property storage Monitor and report personal property concerns (i.e. ensuring there are no missing items) Provide personal property inventory information for clients if requested Use company database to verify personal effects of vehicles, and ensure all data is conveyed accurately Benefits Package: 1 Week PTO earned upon completion of 1 year of employment   401(k) plan Health benefits (50% base covered)
