Job Overview:
The Emergency Response Person (ERP) will be a reliable, trustworthy person who lives onsite to respond to emergencies weeknights and weekends from 7pm to 7am. Specific job duties include answering emergencies (on call); emptying trash nightly; cleaning lobby, community room and bathrooms on weekends; snow shoveling; light maintenance work; landscape watering and other tasks. Compensation for this position is an apartment including utilities.
