Job description Irrigation System Installer Summary Goal: Produce and perform work in a safe and efficient manner, while exceeding Customer expectations in quality and service. Description: Candidate should have experience installing irrigation systems and be able to troubleshoot a system that is not functioning correctly. Candidate should be self-motivated and able to work independently and also work as part of the team. Candidate should have great problem solving and trouble shooting skills. Candidate should be a strong advocate of proper horticultural care, have project and people management skills and be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal. Compensation: Hourly rates start at $18/hr to $25/hr depending on qualifications plus bones potential. Responsibilities Typical job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: -Manage weekly workloads for route to ensure efficient work style, increased quality -Follow safety standards -Be able to install an irrigation system based on a plan/drawing. -Be able to provide direction to others. -Work with crews to help understand desired quality and hour outcomes -Must be able to take direction and be flexible -Completes all required paperwork daily -Follows all policies and procedures that pertain to job requirements -Be able to consistently communicate in an efficient and effective manner on the telephone or in person. As well as other required/incidental activities Physical Demands: Must be able to lift/carry materials up to 50 lbs on a regular and consistent basis, move about the work site. Requires extended periods of activity including, walking, standing, kneeling, bending and lifting, up to 100% of a workday.
