REQUIREMENTS • Be 18 years of age or older • Have a diagnosis of type 1 or type 2 diabetes • Have an average pain score of 4 / 10 or greater • Have symmetrical foot pain secondary to peripheral neuropathy present for at least 6 months • Additional criteria may apply.
