Long-term live-in job with luxury apartment in Orlando, Florida - for 1 single gentleman. Requires you be energetic, detail oriented and have the real skills to properly maintain nice residential property inside and out. Gentleman couple offering to TRADE a luxury 1 bedroom furnished apartment to just one highly skilled Property caretaker / Houseman. In Exchange, you would do all general Property maintenance, cleaning, minor repairs, housekeeping, laundry, pool maintenance, detailing cars, help with pets and professionally assist a gentlemen couple any where needed at work or home for 32 hours each week. If you were asked to work beyond the 32 hours traded each week, those would be paid by the hour. Luxury apartment is just for 1 person at No rental cost in Trade of your working 32 hours each week. Requires very professional appearance, background check, drug and nicotine screen. Work and the traded apartment is in very nice area of Orlando, Florida.
