I am seeking the right candidate to clean up my yard and my neighbor’s yard right now, and care for my yard all growing season. I currently have a grass lawn and numerous flower beds. I would like to transition away from the lawn to something that uses less water. My flowerbeds are English Garden-style. Specific tasks include, but are not limited to, general cleanup, weeding (you 100% MUST be able to recognize local weeds), pruning, planting and transplanting, raking leaves and needles, fertilizing, pest control, etc. I have a lawn-mowing service, so that will not be included in your tasks. The physical requirements for this position make it incompatible with some physical disabilities; you must have good upper body strength. The work should take 8-10 hours per week; you may do it all in one day, or you may split it in two —- you make your hours. But written and/or verbal communication is absolutely critical, as I am away from home frequently. I am very easy to work with, and I hope you are, too! References will be required. Pay will be dependent on experience, ranging from $18-23/hour.
